The ratio and percentage of females serving as top directors on several biggest features in  Hollywood has increased for the first time in almost a decade. While there is still much more to be made, the study encourages us to be proud of the achievements that women encounter thus far.

Minorities and women made moderate advances in the 2019-2020 TV serial recruitment period, according to the survey.
